The public relations officer of the musicians union of Liberia( MULIB) has officially turned in his letter of resignation to the office of the President of the Musicians Union of Liberia.
In a letter dated August 27, 2020, DJ J-Mark stated that following a series of consultation, he has finally reached the decision to relinquish his post as the public relations officer of the Union, adding that it is now time that he exercise full oversight responsibility for his company, "Big Entertainment".
The letter which was addressed to President Sammy G. Gboguy Jr., quoted DJ J-Mark as saying, to avoid the issue of conflict of interest working with the union, it is essential that he stay off the leadership structure of the Union.
His letter follows a series of criticisms from some top members of the entertainment industry, maintaining that the leaders of the union are unfit to adequately run the union.
According to the letter, copy of which is in the possession of this platform, DJ J-Mark, however, thank the president of the Musicians Union for affording him the opportunity to serve the industry at the level of the Union.
